Does it make sense to learn AngularJS without learning javaScript first?

everywhere there is a writings that Angular is best, Node is best. suddenly a point came to my mind, why do need learn a core Javascript and waste much effort and time, when there is a frameworks such as Angular or Node or so on are best way to code. please share your opinions. cause I am new in coding, thats why all you say will be valuable for me.

It's more like walking before you can stand up. I can't use an acronym to describe a sentence before I can use letters to spell words.

Using frameworks is kind of considered as advanced. In order to not struggle and properly use it, you need to have a good grasp of how JavaScript works.

If you don't understand basic of Javascript, you can't do well in Javascript framework. Must learn to walk, before can run. Isn't it? :)

what is a sense of learning JS then, if you in anyway have to write your codes in AngularJs or NodeJs?
