Depends. mostly u need to know basics of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP/jquery. And choosen backend framework, symphony for PHP, ASP.net for C#, ruby on rails etc... there are various of frontend frameworks too, like angular. u need to find your own learning path. its good to check some jobs offers for webdev and start learning what is mostly needed.
