I just wonder how is the XP for challenge is calculated? Can anyone explain?

No, +-32 IS the highest base value.
It's mostly based off of difference in languages xp.

For ex/
If the difference is > ~2000 you will earn 1 xp for winning.
> ~ -2000 you will earn 32
positive meaning you have more.
(2000 may not be accurate).

Values inbetween may vary, likely depending on some formula.

Lose: -32 (Could be lower) XP
Draw: 0 XP or 2 XP
Win: 32 (Could be lower or higher) XP
