Should I directly start learning java or should I first learn any other language(I am completely unknown about programming)?

some people say that C++ or C should be done before Java . Actually I am a newcomer in the world of programming.

hi they are right,without having experience in programming don't study java first.
learn from basic c then Learn c++ and java.
oops concepts is important and their implementation as well.
make comfortable with simple programming lang and learn java.
