Android developing using visual studio 2017

I know a little programming and I am developing android apps using java in eclipse. However, I've learnt one can use C# in visual studio to do the same job. So I was wondering where can I find nice elementry tutorials to begin developing android apps using visual studio 2017?

Hi Fatemeh, I am also new to android development but I have been engaged with several android projects recently. I mainly use Java and eclipse to develope android apps. However I am also learning Unity 3D Game Engine which uses C# and JS as scripting language. I've learnt that Xamarin also offers a general multi platforme for developing android apps. But I strongly recommend you to start with Java and eclipse.

Yep, Xamarin is great. Just started using it myself. It gives C# coders a pathway to Android development.
