My department will be computer engineering.After html and css what should I study ?

If you're going for computer engineering, then like @luka said C, C++, C#, Java would be the languages you need to learn. Python is a good first choice. However if you're going for web development (it looks like that from your question), you would need to learn to use more complex stuff than just designing the layouts of a page like @Magne said. JavaScript would be a good choice. However, there are a lot of good options to choose from. They can be kind of overwhelming. I personally recommend https://www.freecodecamp.com/ It has a full and free course on web development. I think you should give that a try.☺

JavaScript would be the obvious choice because you need to have some logic behind your web site
