If you're going for computer engineering, then like @luka said C, C++, C#, Java would be the languages you need to learn. Python is a good first choice.
However if you're going for web development (it looks like that from your question), you would need to learn to use more complex stuff than just designing the layouts of a page like @Magne said. JavaScript would be a good choice. However, there are a lot of good options to choose from. They can be kind of overwhelming.
