Well host it at one of your favorite webhosters. Just google for webhoster, maybe you have to do some config, but most webhosters have a documentation for such things.

If It were me -

1. Notepad++ for website,
2. Sign up for free Hosting website.
3. Create Domain/URL/Sitename and get info on it returned to your email.
4. Download Filezilla - Connect this to Hosting site - port/servername.
5. Now when connected your files will be on the left and hosting on the right.
6. find your site and copy over https://wiki.filezilla-project.org/FileZilla_Client_Tutorial_(en)

You need to get hosting server (where your site will be stored) and domain (url of your future page).
