Is software and game development what you want to do?

it's not really necessary to consider a sequence, but Java works with different platforms and would be a good one to start with. There's nothing to stop you looking at other courses enough to see how they they compare.

if you feel that you are progressing with C++, at least finish the SoloLearn course and see what you can do with it.

That depends entirely on your end goal. Web design? game developer? software engineer?
I can tell you which direction to drive your car, but it won't do you much good if I don't know where you want too go

If you mention only programming languages, does that mean you already know HTML, CSS and PHP, or will not do web design?

If you no nothing of programming, start with Python. it is easy to understand and will give you a good grasp on programming concepts. essentially all programming languages use the same fundamentals. If/Else.. while/for loops.. variables.. input/output... Python will teach you all of this in a very beginner friendly way.
Once you have a good understanding of programming, then I would move on to a more focused language. game development and software, I would lean toward one of these 3.
C#
Java
C++
