What is the use for OOP programming?

I have learned what object-oriented programming is and what can I do with it, but i still don't know how can i use that knowledge in the real world. Can someone make a suggestion?

The real world (production mode) is no different from the learning world (development mode) the major difference is that the real world has a purpose and use but the real world still started and still will be from the learning world. So why is the learning world better than the real world, is that the learning world started its world from "little bits of codes", till you join them together to form a project. So start little bits of meaningful codes, join them together to form an idea.

Make similar objects, with similar behaviors but different values.
