What is the worst programming language?

what language would you never pick for your projects and why? I vote C since it's obsolete nowadays

Basic, Logo and the recent Scratch... They were designed for low level user, and simplify too much, so you don't efficiently learn basis and good practice of 'real' programation, as you can do by learning simple script languages teaching also real programming principle as Python or Ruby.

There is no THE WORST programming language. Every language was created to achieve particular tasks and each of the them are good in its own way to do what they do. For example you can't evaluate the C language in appliance to web pages creating because it was not created for that task. The same is with the PHP, you can't write the operating system with it. So if you want to know the worst programming language you have to specify at least the area of tasks the language should work with.

I've heard the worst language is MUMPS... I have not tried to use it.
