How to become professional ethical hacker?

how to start from zero to become a professional hacker. I don't want to join any course and I want to do it on my own with free courses available on internet, please share your ideas.

A white-hat is no more than a glorified program/website tester, who work to find ways that a user could break them to their benefit.
They need to understand the process behind developing programs/sites (so they'll likely be a systems analyst or full-stack dev as well), understand the varying specs of devices and how they work and can be exploited, and understand physical and online networking and network security.
They'll need to know the strengths and weaknesses of each programming language and framework involved in the program/site, as well, to know where potential problems may lie.

You can become a professional security expert, because a lot of the same skills and knowledge are required to keep systems safe and test them for weaknesses.

However, even white hat hacking is usually on a grey area legally, so it's not just a job that you apply for.

But if you want to learn how to do pentesting for a specified company we advise you to talk to them and ask what you will need. But off course you need to know how to write program and use tools.
