i think for web applications and websites python is very good because it has some great frameworks like Django and Flask and so on for computer programs i think c++ or java or python are good enough of course it depends to what kind of OS you want to program for it for mobile i think java for android and swift for ios are very good choices but very important thing is you need to choice a good language and get better and better on it because all of the languages are good enough to make big and useful programs it depends how you practice and learn and how much experience you have good luck
