How should a person begin in order to be a good programmer ?

either by html then c++ ?

To be a good programmer in either HTML or C++, my advice for you is that you begin from the very basics...Don't follow shortcuts..Learn everything in details...i.e fully understand every topics....make researches and all that...

As for HTML...u have said it already... start with HTML basics...<html> <head> and all that.. get to know what they mean...that's why I said make researches.. Don't skip steps.. When done with HTML u can begin with C++, because HTML is easier (to me) and you would come across some things in HTML in C++
