How to clear concept in programming

I really love programming and trying alot to learn for me the defficult part is doing it pricticaly I mean I can not clear my concept easely if there is any easy way then please lets us know as well, will be thankful of you all, thanks.

Just try to clear basic concept first start with C then all languages have same concept
