Not exactly: there's no direct way to do it, but rather than post a new thread in the Q&A section, it's more efficient to:
- write comment on a code from the targeted sololearner
- write a post on a question posted by the targeted guy
- write a post in a thread answered by him

... as Q&A section have so much new threads opened that there's big chances to not be read by the interested person, rather than previous suggested ways (in order of efficiency) have advantage to notify the user (always for code comments section, until the user unfollow manually thread followed automatically by answering -- logically, askers will have less chances to unfollow their own thread than a thread became unusefull :P)
