How good do i need to be in php to start freelancing?

iv been learning php(backend) for about 3 months now and i want to start taking on projects but im not sure im good enough...

PHP is very useful of course and about %80 of website are built using PHP. but PHP alone can be really hard and tricky to work with. if you want to build powerful websites you have to use a good framework that suits your programming style, like Laravel(my choice) or symfony or cake PHP and etc... if you learn one of those you'll be unstoppable :D and you will hired with very good salary and payments. and BTW: 3 months is not really enough. backend programming 'can' be VERY complicated, you'll need more Practicing.
