Is html better to study first than javascript

Sure, you can and probably should learn HTML first before moving to JavaScript. I say sure because there is no "only" way but because you asked the question and because you gave no other insight. I'll also recommend for you to learn CSS right after HTML then move onto JavaScript.

All of that is what's used to create webpages. HTML the markup of the site, CSS the styling of the site and if you want your site to be interactive and dynamic then you would also use JavaScript.

For front-end web development you'll need HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I recommend learning them in that order and I'm sure everyone else does too, you'll understand why later.

in fact i started with html , then php , sql , css and didn't learn javascript
