It was for a survey, I adore doing it and then I was also developing a smartphone game ... so I wanted to know the model names to see the screen size and OS (Android 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, IOS 9, 10. .)

If you write your code it should be dynamical so it would adjust automatically at the size of the system it's running on. This should not be a big deal if you develop an app with Python. Let your app read the screen size from the system file on your device and adapt to the correct screen size.
