How should i practice and participate for competitive programming?can anyone tell me their secrets if they have?

I want to be good with algorithm but have very limited knowledge😅😅.and I want to participate at ACm/ipmc😊😊.i am also very bad bad at time management 😭😢😢😭😭

xD everything that a normal programmer has.
But you'll soon learn how to deal with it.
Not sure where competitions are, but try giving yourself challenges and push your luck!
