There's no way to instantly make a webpage. Programming and learning to program takes time. Don't expect to suddenly make and entire 40+ lines of code.

First off, learn HTML(5). Learn what almost every tag does and how to change the properties of certain ones. Experiment and have fun. Remember, this is not your final product it is just a test.

Secondly, I suggest you learn CSS first but JavaScript first is also an option. Again, experiment and make odd pages as these will be discarded later.

Thirdly, learn JavaScript and learn how to make a webpage do what you want it do. Around now you can start to create bits of what will later become your website.

And before we jump right into making it take a moment, breathe, and think about what you want in your website. Write it down, create a plan. You should know what most of your website will look like before you start coding.

Once you have all of that done, its time to code. The rest is yours to decide.
