Can a website be created without any expenses ? It should be free of cost and must be Nice. For example (www.htmltitution.com)

Hello Buddy, If you are a beginner, then you can search for www.webs.com which lets you to design a website using pre-defined templates. Another thing that you can do is, if you are of intermediate level then you can go to www.000webhost.com which lets you to upload HTML, php, css etc. altogether.
