it can be used elsewhere. a few manuals for games I have (on DVD) are html based.

I can go grab the codes they are on the pc. none will run here though. You will need a compiler for c++ and probably need to grab sdl2 dev files from https://www.libsdl.org/download-2.0.php to get tetris to run

You can use HTML for offline content as well. As you recall from learning HTML, it's really nothing more than a bunch of documents and stuff that you're sharing with people online.
