Is c++ is best language to learn first??

I think it depends on what do you want to do with the programming language. If you want to work on front-end then JavaScript may be your best choice. If you want to develop enterprise software, you may choose Java. You can also choose Python for its ease of use. For me, I already knew Pascal, Assembly before learning C++, so some of its hard concept like pointer, pointer arithmetic is easy to grasp.

yes from c++ you can enter any language easily

I would recommend Java first. It will help you grasp the concepts of OOP like classes without warring about some of the harder aspects of C++.

a good memory to memorize syntax and knowing flowchart is enough
