Is It easy to use Android Studio even if I haven't learned Java?

Yea I know some basics, but
In HTML/CSS I've practiced myself by editing the templates.

Do u think that I can download templates and practice like HTML?

you won't get very far in android studio without Java. It will give you a drag and drop layout editor, but you won't be able to make it function. learn Java.
