Start by using SoloLearn (this app), StackOverflow, W3SCHOOL and any recourses you can get. Also try getting a good IDE that will assist you in making your website

The best Site To Learn Web Development Completely. I assume what you mean by completely is learning the front end and the back end, I.e client side and server side. www.freecodecamp.com Free code Camp is a nonprofit platform that teach you how to code and in return you create non profit projects. You earn a full stack web development cerificate after you finish the over 2000 hours course study. It is amazing and I can't simply elaborate that here but you will have to check it out your self and then thank me later. Making use of freecodecamp lands you a job after working on few projects and of course, LinkedIn recognizes it as a school.

i love freecodecamp i started there. later i came across udacity its great there too, but has slow community help which is great in fcc. whereas udacity has great video content. either way i love all of them. codecademy, fcc, udacity, sololearn. here's the free course link https://classroom.udacity.com/courses/ud304 . let me know if you are going there. :)

AM A STUDENT AT freecodecamp.com I can bet you you will be grateful, but also try to be generous by donating even the smallest amount as appreciation. Lastly its actually better learning at these sites with a computer so u can always coding yourself every step you learn
