Pycharm, from Jetbrains. Absolutely awesome for beginner and advanced programmers. https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/ You can also use "Processing", which is the name of a programming environment. It's very simplistic, but very good for beginner programmers since it heavily supports its own built-in functions/Visual interface, etc. By default it's loaded with Java, you just need to go into its library tab menu and download Python. https://processing.org/download/
