Functional programming and object oriented programming

which of these two is the hardest or the most complex.

in peoples opinion learning OOP is the hardest part of ANY object oriented programming language because it's usage is not clear to people and they don't know one thing:
؟؟؟؟Why???? Why should i learn OOP?

_most_ people think that OOP is not useful or any good. but here's the thing::: YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND the usage and value of OOP until you reach the limits of procedural programming.

You must keep going bro! when there's no more road .... you WILL look for OOP and then: sky's the limit.

Oh and FYI: most powerful frameworks are made by OO programming. (e.g. Laravel <3)
