With SoloLearn courses will I be able to make a web app?

I know many skills are needed to make a website with software (or app) features. But most courses online are too generic, not project driven or well, lame. I'm good wit SL courses ao far, but idk if I could reach to make a software-like website.

doesn't matter how much you learn
practice causes experience and experience could cause quality
so always keep learning but focus on practice

i think by using your experiences and knowledge you have gain from your courses like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP; You may bge able to make good web_design.
