CSS CHANGES ITS LOOK AFTER CHANGING RESOLUTION OR BROWSER, HOW TO FIX?

after setting css preview on Firefox looks good, but on changing resolution its changes its look and gets unordered, even on changing browser, the look gets changed, how to fix in both condition....so that get better view....

use media queries or try to make Ur container width using ℅, rather than PX
