I get exited when i hear anything BlockChain.

To your question, I believe you agree with me that the best way to learn any kind of technology is to understand the basics of its core.

So my understanding is that BlockChain depends heavily on three things. Distributed Computing, Transaction atomicity is fail all or succeeded all and encryption. Most blockchain platforms like bitcoin or etherium are build on c++ because of the need for security, memory management, consistency, distribution, speed and compatibility.
