Is your website written in a text editor like notepad++ and using Html and CSS only, If so you need to register with a free hosting website where they will give you access to create a Hostname/URL/website name <---- All the same thing.
After you have named you site they will send you an email. In this email you will receive information that,s needed to be enter into another program that you mst download and set up like filezilla. When this program is opened you can enter information at the top, username,port information that your received in your email. In the body are of filezilla on the left find your files in your computer and copy over to the sever side right into the index which will then be mirrored files. once complete your site will be live.
