what should be my next step?

I have completed HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Ruby, SQL. So far the course that I have learned has given me enough knowledge but without any practical application I fear I will never know how to utilize the knowledge that I acquired. I just happen to google through with the same question, and it suggest that I make use of frameworks. I want to become a web developer. So, what should be my next step? Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

Laravel, great php framework good for rapid application development. https://www.laravel.com . You can also learn Slim/PHP, or CodeIgniter. They are all php frameworks. I use Laravel on my website. http://www.berzelbtumbude.me its still under development you can check it out. Hope you can start from there.
