Why does any challenge consists of 5 questions only?

what is the scheme of dividing xp among winner and loser?

The relation between the experience of one and the experience of the other. The more it is high the more the challenge offers less experience. (answer of your secondo question)

competitor get xp according to the Challenger he face ,if the level of competitor is less the xp is less and we get more xp more according to the right answers

5 Questions is likely just a nice median found from trial and error. Not to short, not to long. Guess they haven't found a reason to change it or offer longer/shorter challenges. As far as xp, pretty much what @Umbe said but just to clarify: it would be the language xp, not the xp you have in total. Also, the level of the competitor isn't a factor. It's just dependent on the difference in language xp, excluding things like right answers.

Each module contain a quiz at the end, which enhances and tests your skills and knowledge about that language, which you gained while learning. :)
