What are the error messages? As far as I am concerned, graphics.h has been deprecated by most compilers, but Turbo C++ (as much as its use has been discouraged) should provide graphics.h along with the package.

Use Dev C++ with your C code... Everything works there... Plus C++ is superset of C so... It will help you... At the best
