If you don't have the experience to make an english dectionary then it wouldn't be exactly helping, plus this is not the ideal place to request help programing unless you have some serious experince :)

If you are studying for a test or quiz that is about to occur at school, I would recommend just to study mostly because of time management. Creating the program would take way more time than studying. But if you are just talking about creating a program that quizzes your English vocabulary, try to practice a bit more of coding. It will come more natural and you might even understand how to create the quiz you want to create after a bit of practice.
