I think , first of all, you should learn html . and then css. But learn based on project.. it will be more enjoyable!

learn html first then css.... i can explain it with a example ... suppose you are building a house then the solid structure made by cements and bricks can be assumed as HTML and wall painting and smothering of walls can be assumed as CSS and light bulb, fan , etc can be assumed as JavaScript.... i hope you understand by this .

It will be better if u first learn HTML then do CSS . Beacuse i dont think HTML will take a whole lot of time and it will be better for your understanding as well.
