If you uses Windows or Mac Pc , Android Studio is best option for application devlopment purpose not game. For game use Unity 3D engine. If you want to create apk I.e. android app on Your android device you can download app named AIDE from Play Store

I use WinRar to change .zip (which is already have about java source file in) to .apk (hope you roger)
