There is no such compiler, Apple will make sure of it to protect their copyrights...😆😆😆

Swift is a language developed by Apple, and is not available for use outside of the iOS and Mac OS environments. If by swift you mean quick, try Eclipse or Android Studio.

Swift can actually be setup on Ubuntu as well. However there are limitations. Afaik there is no support for developing iOS apps in this way. I'm not certain of the technical difficulties involved in porting it to android but if it's possible on Ubuntu I wouldn't write off the posibility that some one/group will do this.
