Grab a resource on C and start reading/practicing. Make use of time management, and actually dedicate your time to this for the next month. You'll be capable of using C, but you certainly won't master it in that amount of time.

For some people, it's hard to sit and dedicate a chunk of time solely to one thing. This is a trick I've used over the years to make it easier on me. EVERY DAY MAKE SURE YOU READ AT LEAST ONE CHAPTER MINIMUM. Lets say there is 20 chapters in the book, if you read at least one chapter a day, you can easily finish within a few weeks. However, more often than not, if I read one chapter I'll keep reading more chapters until I get tired. You have to hold yourself accountable toward your dreams or else those dreams will die with you.

I can attest to what Netkos said. Time management and breaking things down in junks can help you learn fast and efficient. One thing I would add is taking one thing at a time. If that's C don't get distracted trying to learn html or python etc. Just focus on C and C only. Eat, breathe and sleep C. But anyways I'm rambling great answer by Netkos.
