What programming language is best for developing an app or game?

I'm actually very new to coding(about 4 months ago,I had no idea how games were made and magically thought they were just made somehow while playing them) and I'm still in school so there isn't many opportunities for me to practice every hour but during my summer I'm trying to learn at least the basic's of some coding languages.But now that I know how there's coders ,different languages and layouts, it really fascinate's me.

there's no best programming language to create apps or games.......however 'Python' seems to me would be a better language (if not best) to jump start you.............Learn Python, complete the course here then get yourself any study material or follow MOOC's....If you're passionate it'll hardly take 1 month to learn python.....Once you understand what it is.....there are various 3rd party libraries viz Pygame, Django, Kivy to help you build something you believe in.
