Can anybody explain me xp system?

Well, as your XP increases in a particular language then the XP loss is higher if you lose in a challenge, and also you'll get less XP from wins. For example, I can get 1XP for a win and -32 for a loss.

If you play against people who have more XP than you have, you could win more XP and of course lose less XP if you lose the challenge.
