I am in the process of learning c++ and Java and Android studio I was wondering what other languages are suggested to develop a app

Just depends what you're making. Java OR C++ is more than capable of developing an app on Android.

XML for Android Guiseley C# for Windows and IOS. However as already noted you should be fine with just Java and C++. really just Java would do.
