[Python] Dictionary inverter

Guys, I can't find the thread I found a while ago where someone asked for a dictionary inverter. Well, here it is. Crude but effective.

All I got was this description I turned into comments there. Perhaps it has something to do with grouping by value..?

I can read the code and understand it alright. So I'm not calling it crude.

If I may ask, in what use cases is this required?
