When i run my same code on computer and on this app I get different results, why is that? What does time limit exceeded mean?

My code does a simple animation where the character case changes dynamically until I stop the process and it works well on the computer but here about 20 output appears in a long row and that's it.

Maybe because their input system is different and they block infinite like loops

For security reasons Sololearn doesn't allow certain things to execute. The amount of memory you can use per run is also limitted so you dont slow down the servers, or DOS them.
