How many programming languages i can learn at once ?

As many as you feel like? Technically, you're only able to read one word at a time, so you're always learning one in any given moment, but you could be in the process of learning many.

I suggest learning 1 at a time so you don't get them mixed up. However, you can learn all the languages you want.

I suggest you to learn one at once, complete it and jump to the next. Make sure that you set an end goal after learning one language. If you want to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript; plan what you're going to do after completing that course. That way you can keep yourself focused about your end goals and you can push yourself closer to that goal. Good luck. Happy Coding!
