Which purpose of using <marquee> in HTML5? Why?

It's not recommended to use <marquee> tag. Use CSS instead.

That's old-school ! They say it's deprecated in HTML5, but it actually works in every browser I could find.

Marquee is used to flow the text or contents inside marquee either left or right or right to left in the page. It creates a sense of animation
