Do learning all courses like c,c++,c#,python will confuse us,right?

Better do one at the time, you'll basically go over the same programming concepts strengthening your basics.

Not necessarily. However, if this is your first programming language spend time with one and understand how it works. For the most part, a lot of languages do many of the same things, the syntax is different, and their uses vary, so learning more than one is often necessary. If you are exploring the different languages to find what is right for you, these courses are a good way of doing that.
