Hello Well, the first is to manage the concepts and fundaments and then try to write pseudocode (you can use pseint but is not necessary) or flowcharts (you can use raptor but is not necessary). After that, you may choose a language and start reading books about it. There are so many tools like tutorials or courses online but you should flow the topics with both, and then try yourself.

this or picking up a book on fundamentals, just before diving headfirst into your chosen language. online courses could help. your local community may have free classes or affordable beginner programmer classes depending on your demographic or economical situation. here in Canada we have many opportunities for young people 29 and under or females wanting to get educated on some programming basics. for online, I like some of the video tutorials offered over at udemy. this app helps of course.
