No, it's more of a "Python inside Android" environment. You can run your scripts there. If you need challenges, maybe try the quizzes in Sololearn?

QPython3, normally. Test your knowledge and build something from scratch :)

There is also an application called "Programming Hub", which has a course of Python3, SQL and JS if I recall correctly. It also has a builtin compiler very similar to that of Sololearn. It does not contain quizzes, though.
