do a facebook post and in it offer to make (free or in return for a donation to charity... this will allow you to get a bit more freedom, yku can earn money i later projects if you like) websites for people. you will most probably get some quick responses. I got 4 projects in 24 hours. good practice and I may earn some money with it (for charity)
